WORD has been so inspirational! I
find myself thinking over what I have read throughout the day and am confident
that His Word is changing my heart. Obviously,
this journey is provoking some life change in many of those who have joined THRU THE WORD in 2013. I thought you might like to hear some of the

Denise Woods shared:
What stood out to me is that Joseph was genuinely humble as he
interpreted the King’s dreams BEFORE being promised a release or anything! In today’s world, one would most likely hold
their cards close to the vest and not risk someone else stealing their ideas,
insights or whatever…thus losing the ‘kudos.’
I don’t know…it kind of hit me.

Betty Dean Newman remarked: Jacob’s blessing in Genesis 48, “May God, the God
before whom my grandfather Abraham and my father, Isaac, walked, the God who
has been my shepherd all my life, and the angel who has kept me from all harm,
may he bless these boys.” Jacob knew the source of real blessing and
inheritance.

Michele Richardson commented:
It’s apparent that God’s promise is to bless those who belong to Him. Even in the worst of circumstances, God
continued to bless Joseph and people noticed it. What a testimony!!
Carol Hoffman said: I
spent more time thinking and pondering Ps. 16 this morning and the word secure
especially stood out to me. I have
experienced a lot of loss and change this last year, so thankful for the
phrases “you make my lot secure” and “my body will rest secure.” Security—a good word when we find it in our
Savior.
